You can't really put these guys up against each other... They both keep getting stronger and stronger. Once they both storylines end we can argue on who is stronger. And they are in two totally different worlds.
Shadow clones wouldn't work on Luffy. Luffy already took out thousand marines all at once, so a couple hundred shadow clones wont be a problem. Any of Narutos strongest attacks can be blocked by Luffy with his Haki. And Sage Mode doesn't make Naruto light speed. That was never mentioned in the manga. And even he has light speed, Luffy has Gear SECOND. Kyuubi mode Naruto can be taken out by Luffy in Gear Third. He's taken out GIANTS, so a little fox shouldn't be a problem.
and another thing now that two archs are still in the making in the manga of both series none of us can really judge who would win. but if you look at this from what we know it would be hard for naruto to touch luffy because of his haki and also to be in his presence due to his kings haki. then there is also luffys ability to see what attack will come next its like sharingan from the zabuza arch. then there is naruto who now controls nintaild chakra and super speed which idk if luffy can match.

Ok Naruto would so win. He would use shadow clone and pound luffys face into the ground. If that fails there's rasenshurriken or rasengan and if that fails there is friggen sage mode that makes him move at the speed of light and if that possibly fails there is nine tails chakura which makes him super strong than there's one tails, two tails, etc. Thats what would happen. But with there personalitys they wouldn't even get into a fight.

@seeherr1 There's also the part where Kuma was shooting an attack (can't remember the name right now) that he said was light speed which Zoro kept on dodging. Luffy is much faster than Zoro especially in Gear 2nd. So Luffy's still got the upper-hand, IMO.

@devilseyecry pasafistas dont attack at the speed of light, they are weaker than the original, on episode 402 zoro sanji and luffy dodge all his attacks, but dodging a beam is easy dodging a light-speed person plus attacking is another story,plus luffy had to go 2nd gear to destroy pasafista, like i said naruto can hit luffy with rasen-shuriken if he uses his brains (like making clone smoke, or switching with his clones ect.), giant frogs??, naruto is too beast to summon frogs to fight 1 person

Kuma himself stated tht the lasers is from Kizaru and Kizaru is light himself ... the beam is at the speed of light wht makes u think it doesnt ... even zoro dodge Kuma's multiple pad cannons which also state to push an air pressure at the speed of light so if zoro can, luffy also can ... luffy tamed a kraken which basically 4 times larger thn the kyuubi so a simple frog is no problem at all to tame ...

@devilseyecry if u read or watch the beginning of naruto anime/manga u'll see that ''Chakra is a form of energy all living individuals naturally produce to some degree. Certain groups, such as ninja, have learned to generate more chakra and release it outside their bodies through their tenketsu in order to perform jutsu.
But in each manga it's the same thing... Ki, Chakra,Haki, ect are energy that everybody possess but only ''elite'' ( Z fighter, Ninja, Luffy) can use.

Ok Naruto would so win. He would use shadow clone and pound luffys face into the ground. If that fails there's rasenshurriken or rasengan and if that fails there is friggen sage mode that makes him move at the speed of light and if that possibly fails there is nine tails chakura which makes him super strong than there's one tails, two tails, etc. Thats what would happen. But with there personalitys they wouldn't even get into a fight.

@DeliveryBoy167 Shadow clones wouldn't work on Luffy. Luffy took out 1,000 marines all at once, so a couple 100 shadow clones wont be a problem. Any of Narutos strongest attacks can be blocked by Luffy with his Haki. And Sage Mode doesn't make Naruto light speed. That was never mentioned in the manga. Kyuubi mode Naruto can be taken out by Luffy in Gear Third. He's taken out GIANTS, so a little fox shouldn't be a problem.

Rasengan, Wind Style Rasenshuriken, Kyubi Mode, Chakra Arms, Frog Kata, Tailed Beast Bomb, and even a secret jutsu we don't know about yet, he also had variations o rasengan but Im not counting those. Luffy has Gomu Gomu no Pistol and Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol which is a variation. All Luffy does is punch and kick and the only other moves he has is Gear 2 Gear 3 and he can use haki. Thats it for luffy. Naruto would overpower and outsmart him easily with that move pool.
