That's amazing! Kado is amazingly well trained! I want a doberman when I have a house after college and I hope I can get one as a puppy and train him as well as yours is trained!
@niczemi read your comments below your a douche bag why put your dog in harms way i dont care how smart your dog is theres dumb people who cant drive it would be easy to hit your dog and all the time and training would be gone thats what im saying
@dgkm83 thats tricky. i have a small dog that doesnt learn the same but. with the dobe...when walking him offleash, i would walk on the street and he would start on the sidewalk. whenever he started to come to the street i would say sidewalk...but i would say this loud to kind of startle him back to the sidewalk. then i would say good boy but keep him on the sidewalk...go to him. then go back to the street and repeat. :)
@DarcyB270 my first dog ever. after my research on them i decided to get one. since then i've noticed that the doberman takes on its owners personality. along with its own, it starts to act like the owner....at least mine does. super smart.
i just don't see the purpose of him running through a strip mall for over 4 minutes... my dogs (doberman and presa canario) have more fun training on our property.
@havonalm Because he is working! Dobermans were bred to be working dogs and Kado is obviously quite pleased with himself, doing a real job, rather than backyard training.
We used to have a doberman in the shop. He was very well taken care of, had full range of the entire shop. From day one we knew that dobies were a breed apart from any other breed we had. We never had him on leash, never kept him locked up, never bothered customers. He wouldn't aproach them, but he kept his distance. Never maid friends with anyone other than shop workers and get this, some how he learned the basic commands and would listen from the first time!! He was a machine! He lived till 12
@aky19832001 If anyone is interested in getting a dobie. I recommend being careful, not all dobies will be as good or obedient. Inbreeding/crossbreeding with other breeds a major problem.
@aky19832001 There was a Rottweiler in my old neighbourhood that was let loose. For nearly nine years this was so, unless an evil person hit him over the back with a shovel, he was put down. Such a great dog, great breed, taken early for nothing. From that day I knew that I could trust my Dobie, Rottie or GSD before any person. I've seen little to disuade that assertion.
Such an awesome dog! Nice training! Mine are trained well on leash and in the home, but we don't have anywhere to practice our offleash without being harassed by people and cops. So when we go outside they're more feisty, since they can't get use to being off leash.
@DeadlyChinchilla i guess i never thought about how it is in other places about the leash thing. i know what you mean when they get outside. this vid is just showing off but when we actually are walking, and i take off the leash...he still remains at my side like if he was on the leash...i have to release him by command as a treat for him to go snooping around. :)
That is absolutely awesome. I grew up with dobermans and they are the most amazing animals in the world. These idiots that cry "OMG an animal off the leash its so out of control!!!" should make sure to avoid ALL human interaction since they are more likely to be mugged than bit. Oh well, can't please em all. Sure can please me though, gorgeous dog!!!
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
o you let a dog walk around in a public place off-leash. You think you have a faster reaction time than the damn dog? As i walk through these good-doggy sites, it never ceases to amaze me how irresponsible these dog owners are to the general public. I mean would you like it if I brought my trained bear and let him walk free through the shopping center, all the while telling you "I've got him under control. He won't bite!" That's how most of us feel when you are not in control of your animal.
@rhssew im sorry. you shouln't watch videos that anger you. everyone in the neighborhood knows Kado. he walks around everyday saying hi and making people happy. if your BEAR was nice with everyone like my Doberman then i'd loooove to meet it. if you met him you'd understand...but i completely understand how you feel. i hold Kado close when we come across people like you, the type of person with the wrong energy.
@rhssew Congratulations, this is the stupidest comment I've read today. Bears are unpredictable wild animals; dogs have been domesticated for more than 15,000 years. Look up the definition of domestication if you are unfamiliar or only think you know what it means.
@PennyDreadfuI The years are highly overbloated, human beings don't go further back than 4/5 thousand years, no trace of anything. But your point is valid nonetheless.
@PennyDreadfuI I've more than done my research, there is no evidence, no testing method, nothing that supposedly "supports" these ideas that can be proven accurate. Read up on the many samples on living samples or inanimate objects from present day that were purported to be millions of years old. You believe in your thing, me mine, lets leave it there.
@Blitzbok Agree. Modern day methods of dating have been shown to have increasing margins of error the older the object. Especially carbon dating. One of the most inaccurate dating methods around, and yet scientists still use it. *rolls eyes*
@rhssew Rhssew, you are an idiot of the highest degree. A bear is not a domesticated animal, nice comparison there. That got your whimsical prattle off to a great start. A Dobie brought up properly is better than any person. It cannot be bribed, doesn't lie, cheat, steal, betray or hate you and is no deviant. This Dobie is less a threat to the public than you! Learn about this animal before you let your tongue off it's chain... the most destructive part of a human, more so than any dog.
Very nice Doberman. I am planning on getting a male Doberman in the spring it summer. Do you have any tips on training. I am mostly worried about potty training lol I hope that part doesn't take too long.
@younglebronXx yes definitely first thing that you train, thats is constant throughout his life is socializing. take him everywhere when he is a pup.embrace everything hes afraid of,like noises, people, cars, whatever.but take him everywhere.dont worry about potty training. i left my sliding door a little open whenever i was at the house and the Dobe, being so smart, learned by themselves. thing is dont change their diet up all the time cause he'll get diarrhea. if you switch the food.do it lil by lil
I used to do things like this until the city of Montreal made it illegal to have a dog off the leash Fines up to $135.00 if caught. They don't even care how well trained the dog is. Cash grab!!
He's so adorable! He's so happy prancing around with the bag in his mouth. I love this breed (you can see mine in my videos). I have a red female. I'll never own another breed of dog.
@nc98m3 thank you very much. im looking for a good breeder to get a re female...but i agree about the breed. its having all dogs in one. your dog is awesome by the way....a little singer lol
@Protocall13o2 he is! :) and thank you very much. but if you click on the little link, it will take you to a 20 second video of him being superman lol....and on that video, there is a link that will take you to his music video where he goes around saving the day....you should check it out.
ooh thats so cute<3 i wish i could trust my dog like that but he's to curious but i think when he's older he'll be able to because i have no problem wlaking him he's 4 months old and awesome dog love him
@hidanrulesusuck well i think its best to practice when they are pups...practice in the yard...make sure they know there is a boundary they cant pass...i dont have a fence in the front yard so i let him out and he stays in the yard...when he was young he would try to run off and chase squirrels, but i kept him in the boundary by using sounds and such
Love your vids!! If you don't mind me asking, how did you train him to keep holding the bag? My dobe will hold a shopping bag maybe halfway into the parking lot, then forgets it and heads right to the car, lol.
@xzdollfacexz hmm well i think dobes naturally like to hold stuff in their mouth...try to get him excited about doing it before he actually holds it...when hes all excited, give him whatever you want him to hold...after a few minutes or so....stop and give him a treat....keep doing that. dont let him drop it, you have to take it out of his mouth, then treat him. after a few, he will keep it in his mouth expecting a treat....good luck
So cool! xD these dogs are so intelligent! they don't need much to catch it, to understand it, they are just born to be obedient and polite. I also have one. They are awesome! =)
@djarmyfantage well...first off, i think every dog will pull you if you do not train them right. i have a 5 lb morkie that pulls me like a sleigh dog. he'll be on here soon. dobes learn fast...he picked it up himself, i just gave him the boundaries. when its a pup walk with him at your side...if he tries to lead just nudge him or make an alarming sound to stop it. after like 10/15 min of him walking at your side, reward him by letting him have some free time. dobermans like to lean on you :)
@niczemi ty and any tips to make them not bite ppl exept when i play wiht him and stuff like do i put a muzzle on for few months until hes used to it and my friend says dont get a dobie youll hate it when you gwet one is it true???? i know its probvbly not jusrt asking
@djarmyfantage i dont think your friends have every met a dobe. like i said before, any dog can be bad. dobermans are one of the top smartest dogs. they pick up stuff without much effort. all you need to do is give them boudaries...when they are young take them everywhere...car rides, friends house, home depot, dog parks.....everywhere. get them used to being around people and sounds. DO NOT muzzle them. only bad thing about dobermans is they are big dogs. big dog= big responsibility
this vid brings tears to my eyes...i lost a black Dobergal to DCM a few yrs ago. she was famous in Greenwich Village for carrying my groceries (or purse), just like Kado. he is so serious about his job! Dobes are amazing. : )
aww hahha soo cute, i hate tht person who asked y is he not on a leash.... i love to take my 11 month dobe for walks off leash bcuz when people see a 13 year old girl with a big dobie with no leash... they freak out lmaoo but she is extremley well trained and sweet ^___^
HAHA! how great!!..where are you at that alows a dog off the leash like this??..like i said..great dog and whatnot..but i dont know about letting it walk through public areas like that while your on a bike15ft away!!
@roastermaster This dog is well known in this plaza by customers and venders, also this dog is not aggressive towards strangers or any one .But your right I do have to be careful in public, people freak out seeing him on a leash ,but not when he' s off it funny.
2:30 hey!!! I didn't know it was joy on the bike recoding the video :D

@roastermaster This dog is well known in this plaza by customers and venders, also this dog is not aggressive towards strangers or any one .But your right I do have to be careful in public, people freak out seeing him on a leash ,but not when he' s off it funny.
