i rely dont think it is possible to cheat the game without a shark. but as far as the pokemon... i advise youu use the opposite tipe to get a faster kill. its the recruit % that makes tham hard to catch. trust me i still cant catch groundon he has a -1% rate

"pokedex whats that?" pikalax: the laxatives pokemon. created by an accendent by pikachu falling into batch of hot laxatives thus creating pikalax. one bite out of it and you will wish you wouldn't have. this pokemon is good for vengence upon someone you know. dont forget this pokemon can be very delicious and regretable in just a few minutes afterwords. i've been fighting groudon for 8 days straight and he didn't join... -_- you know groudon has -10% chance of joining? then u need to make it higher to be possible to recruit him...

I am holding a friend bow (+10% which takes us to 0%) and my lvl gets me an extra +5% boost (up to 5% chance.) Still thats low but at least its possible.

if you have lvl 90-100 it gives a 24% boost. Try going by yourself with a size less than 2 this should give a 24% chance of getting him about 1 out of 4 times
