Video is always suspect because things can be faked. I'm not saying it is, but I am saying if the guy that made the video can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, and in the presence of James Randi then he could win 10 million. Randi has had that money on the table for over ten years up for grabs to those that can prove the supernatural. Needless to say no one has won it, though many have tried.

@edwin276 What the video shows is proof that the guy can fake a haunting. Lights going on and off? Someone at the switch? Picture banging on the wall, with a blurry video and the lighting changing, a thin fishing line is easily disguised. The bowl (or whatever) jumping off the table, another fishing line tied to the ceiling, wrapped around the bowl.

There are too many faked videos on here to count this one as real. Too many people fake this kind of stuff.

i do believe that its fake, but i dont believe your theory on why it is fake. if you watch and listen carefully, you'll notice the lights flicker, then the camera see's it, and there is a bang on the wall (the picture) before the camera gets to it.

I watched this a few times, first it seemed convincing. A little too convincing. I decided to watch it again, this time paying close attention to the bowl. Then at 0:13 i noticed the string attached to the left side of the bowl. Watch it carefully, its not so clear as i guess its fishing wire or something, but its highlighted against the table.

Actually its a little before the 13 second mark. Its hard to see because the light is flickering, but when the light comes on look at the table between the bowl and the chair, and you can see the string contrasted by the table underneath.

The camera centers on the bowl before it even starts moving. The way the camera moves and centers the activity is consistant with a staged production, not someone who is scared and panicked

Actually the bowl on the table begins to make sound which is what makes him pan the camera to it. It could very well be real. I had something similar happen when I was in college, except it was a fan turning on and off and a clothes hamper flipping up and down.

Picture this guy sitting at the table eating cereal when "strange" happenings begin. He jumps up, quickly grabbing his camera (many people have theirs readily available for those "Kodak moments" - I do!) and begins his "attempt" to catch whatever it is on film. Notice that the camera only moves to the areas where sound or movement is heard first. His fear seems genuine. If this is staged, this guy is pretty clever. If it's a fake, it's a good one.

Crazy... but not. The camera pans *to* the sounds. Watch it again and you'll notice that you hear the sound first, then the camera focuses on that area (the picture frame banging, the saucer clacking on the table, etc.). I thought it was very believable!
