Just as this song says " stay close to me" this song has become part of my heart, excellent rendition both by Arun Date and Sudha Malhotra. I have heard this song by so many duet singers, but no one has come remotely close to the original singing. This song has amazing depth and a huge treasure of how love can be expressed. Hats off to SJ for excellent translation and picturisation. I truly love this song and more truly the Marathi language in which this has been expressed. God Bless You SJ !!

Every time I hear this song, it brings a fresh new meaning to it, and it opens a brand new vista of emotions and feelings! That is the sign of a true immortal song.

This duet has perfectly matched voices and the soft background music gives a perfect lift to the voices and emotions.

This was Arun Date's first hit. Sudha has a wonderful voice. I wonder why she stayed so much in obscurity. Her first Marathi song "Wisarsheel Khas Mala" was a tremendous hit!

This had been the greatest Marathi Duet rendered so far. It is amazing that nothing come close to it. I heard Arun Date sing this with other female singers, but the original is the master peace and even Arunji had not been able to sing it again close to this/ Great translation of lyrics, It is not easy to translate. SJ - This is an excellent rendition by Arun Date and Sudha Malhotra, the Best duet in my list of great Marathi Duets. Many have tried to sing this duet, but have found them remotely close to the original. The lyrics have a very deep meaning full of true romance.
