And this not only for commercial matters, the men who did, did it consciously, they wanted to promote an ideology on the screen by selling the idea that Soviet Union, though had reached a similar level of development (technology and etc) of the US, they were fragile in many aspects, including the marxist thinking as inferior to the capitalist system.

Of course this is a very motivational scene, but it is very obvious that Dolph Lundgren and Sylvester Stallone were both on steroids. For the movie, it hates on Russia for inferring Drago was the only one of the 2 using performance enhancers. Balboa wasnt? My ass! maybe the character "Rocky" wasnt on performance enhancers, but Stallone was. They touch on this in the documentary "Bigger,Faster, Stronger"

I'm also pretty large, but as I've constantly seen before in many fights, the smaller fighter beats the larger one. This doesn't always happen, but it does quite frequently. I understand that movies aren't very realistic, but it really could be possible for Rocky to have defeated Drago in the ring. Having decent training equipment does give you somewhat of an advantage. However, it doesn't always.

@594Indiana The only thing that is taken is the skill into fighting. A fighter usually wins in the amount of skill or the strength or he has. Rocky was a reckless fighter that allowed him to get hit over and over in the head and if it were to be real the guy would've been knocked out. I just find Rocky a great movie but not a real thing. Also larger vs smaller? I don't really think of you as a boxer from the look of your channels. No offense.
