i live in nj and i have almost the same exact problems with my house. i been stressing hard as hell and it feel like no matter who you contact or how many, people just pass you along the chain of command pointing the finger at everybody else or even act like their gonna do something but just string you along.i got grey hairs and heart palpitations over this madness we buy a brand new home for it to be brand new not look like it got picked up and dropped (SMH)
Chris S Blackwell and William Eric Blackwell were posing as licensed contractors and they weren't. Don't come at me with the bull. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be in this predicament. If you want to say something you say it to them! They are getting by but not off, it;s coming back full circle sooner or later, believe me it will. When they go down, it will be their fault for not rectifying their wrong. All I ever asked was for them to do the right thing, but they chose not to.
You say the business is legitmate...It was years before 2006, but not there after. William S. Blackwell was the licensee, however he WASN'T in the business then, therefore he was frauding the public, city, and state. The son's were operating Blackwell and Blackwell Construction, their dad's business was Blackwell Construction, who's name isn't on ANY OF MY PAPERWORK OR THE 599 OTHERS THEY BUILT ILLEGALLY AND SIGNED INTO ILLEGAL LOANS. So post what you know, which obviously isn't the much!
Mr. Know Nothing, you can stop sending me smart emails. You're obviously a relative or friend. You said I signed for the loan, yes, I sure did, but had I known I was signing illegal documents, I WOULDN'T HAVE EVER SIGNED. You can say whatever you want IF you condone wrong, remember it will someday come back on you or the one you love the most, it's called KARMA. Bottom line is I was signed into an illegal loan and the Blackwell's took $69,000 to start the process. They committed many crimes!!
@edwardjamesbutler You're right and I had a structural engineer in to reinterate it, but no one cares. It wasn't legitimate. Nothing about the loan was legitimate and the sad part is no one cares. This is what happens to us in America.
