there are two cars that can go 209, and this one (Euro Circuit Racer) needs to be "boosting" to go that fast, but it's easier to control...in the time attack mode you get unlimited boost, so it's a better choice of vehicle. Online you don't get unlimited boost and the other car (World Circuit Racer) is considerable better for online racing IMO.
I play all the tracks about the same...I got that time on my first attempt at "time attack" after not playing for awhile...but I've logged many hours into the game as a whole (mostly online racing).
I just play on a 27" flat screen. It's cool that I actually had to dodge traffic while getting the time...it made it a little more satisfying. I'm glad you liked it.
