  • I thoroughly recommend a visit to Nant-yr-Arian. In addition to the scenery, the cycle and walking routes, there is a nice cafe and clean toilets! The relative remoteness, the Welsh mountains and large numbers of Red Kites make my visits there very special. If anyone spots a Red Kite with a wing tag Orange 43 please can you let me know as I sponsored it through the Welsh Kite Trust.
