I don't know if you got yourself a crystal chamber yet but what I did is I wrapped a couple coils of copper wire to hold the crystal and just stuck an LED up to it looks pretty nice that wat

I have an important question about the MHS builder, 1st of all, did you use the MHS builder? I want to make a custom light saber from it, but im confused, does it make a HOLLOW hilt and when you order it YOU have to install the light and electronics, or does it come with everything installed already? and how do you choose a color?

@japosTube It's not the volume of your audio, it's your -manner- of speaking, which sounds pretty weird to me too, if you are not consciously trying to 'keep your voice down'.

Where did you buy the Amber LED? I looked on TCSS website but they don't have it in the color options.

Very nice. I'm currently working on my first MHS saber. I went with standard blue, but it's modular enough, I can change it later. Believe me, I understand the budget issues. But you have a great platform that you can always add to and modify as funds become available.

Also a trim ring style 3 in gold would look good under the crystal chamber. Just a suggestion. Plus it would match the blade color too. And also a yellow accent led would be cool too.

Nice first MHS saber. Do you prefer the longer hilts? The amber led is more yellow I think. Someone brought back the yellow blades. :D Makes me want a amber led depending on the bin number right now since its the new rebel leds.

i do indeed prefer longer hilts. This one was the exact size from my elbow to the middle finger, and the blade is from the shoulder to the finger.

It looks yellow but its more orange,

its freaking awesome :D
