Mine was working well at first, but now the scanner won't scan......I used the software again, thinking that would fix it.

I really miss the scanner.

I used Windows 7

funny those print speeds, as i'm reading that print speeds are actually about a third of the advertised speeds. do you test the printers before making the videos? i don't think i can buy from a company that just reads the specs off instead of actually giving an honest review/opinion.

to answer you question about jamming I hvent had ay problems with that I think that the only way a device gets jammed is when paperis installed impropely.

@WeDancetoStayAlive Hi!!!! I actually went today and bought this printer and it's really awesome!!!! I just now got it set up and learning all the features on it. It really is made for faxing cause of the phone ports in the back where my old Lexmark is an All-in-One, but there's no phone ports to do Faxing!? Could never get the Fax to work and then saw this with the price being right so I went and got it today. Excited to see what it can do!! :)

Just bought one and downloaded the drivers from the hp website.

yea i just got this and it wouldnt download the files on the CD because i run windows 7 as well... and my computer is pretty new too with high ram, mghz, etc.. and it still wouldnt download

Wont work with Windows 7 either wired/wireless. Instead buy Epson TX810W.

@cupidblues if you buy it now you will get the windows 7 drivers. i got drivers for mac,xp,vista on one cd and windows 7 separate on another cd
