mines a 'remake' from japan or china and it dosn't have ir or gps etc, has most of the stuff though, i'm gonna buy a proper one with a faulty slider and fix that and have as my own and use my current one as an experimental, but i have 1 question, one the back is off (the bit that says nokia) how do you get the silver peice off?? many thanks,nath
I found it on the bottom. I cut it out and replaced it with a 9" piece of copper wire. Much much better now. Just about never get a connection drop out in the country.

slider was working well. but every phone can be different. e.g. the gps chip is my new one is another than the one in the old phone

mine is very impressive. try to change it with your bill. some devices got different chip. eg i get signal within 5 seconds.
