I'm pretty sure with that chair exercise, I'd break my neck. I'd be half on the chair and half on the floor dead. Then when they find me, they'll have no idea what I was trying to do. Hopefully my underwear will be clean.
I do the @2:40 lifting myself up 50 times every morning, switch positions so my feet are in a higher place than my hands are and do 50 more push ups, and @1:37 for 5 minutes

Holy shit I only have a little fat on me but after doing each one of these for as long as I could (only took me about 6 minutes) I'm sweating more than I have from a 4 mile jog... intense as hell. Ima keep it up and see where it takes me.
If you are fat, you should start with walking, until you can run and when you can run a decent period of time, you can begin the workout.
I do not see the problem with this video its awesome and apparently really hard to do.
and if you cant memorize it all then you dont do it 3 times at week which you should so pls stop being such a fucker and do something about it yourself !
@MrNorbertolini Without a break? Dam. I did all 7 with about 20 sec break between each one (didnt do last one). I couldnt memorize the format and thats why I had to refer to this every time after I was done one, thus the extra sec break. I didnt do last 1 because I have no barbells :L
