I like these assassin missions, best surprise in the game. its all good fun lol, although this one made me nervous trying to get by those feds. Its easiest mision ever tho if you use helicopter. (and no that is not a cheat you can find like 3 helicopters at least around the city)

@GTAmissions I use basically Government software type of computer but not excatly, hard to explain. Even better than the ALIEN computer. Works like a charm. I hacked the software in a way so i can have 1000 gb of memory. Im not lying I served in the miltary. US and the spetsnaz and they both owed me. The Spetsnaz gave me money and the US gave me the excat amount of money i needed. I wanted to keep in touch with the Russian government but when I played GTA SA or GTA IV or BOGT, it was amazing

Vice City is in my top 5 favorite games,it is hands down the best GTA and always will be even though they will still get better. Its a combination of nostalgia and appreciation for quality that I like Vice City so much. And its one of the few games Ive ever played that NEVER gets boring, I can literally free roam for hours.

If the cops cause much fuss, take the SMG that the bodyguard drops, fight your way out and if you have any weapons ( Easier ) take them and get the hell out of there. Its a lot easier if you use a big vehicle or motor bike for a quick escape.

also, when you never die or get busted, it's pretty easy to accumulate quite an arsenal just from doing missions.
