You studied it wrong,because when you define a different types of classes then in the class A there is ip range is 0.0.0.0 to 126.255.255.255 and 127 ip is reserved for loop back adapter.
and another mistake is when you define private ip then in the class c the ip range is 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.0.255 because in the class c there is only 255 hosts are there.
