  • Loved seeing you on Survivor, I hope you make it on Next Food Network Star! :D Gonna be cheering for you! ;) Hope you be like the infamous Guy, Melissa, or Aarti.

  • thanks qtktjane! I agree! My hair was a serious issue with the wind.... that's why I cracked the joke..... haha..... I cut those parts out..... and yes... mapleva..... and I'll say that I truly wish I had more time to edit everything..... I wasn't happy with the final product..... and I'm hoping that women at home in their curlers have seen me on Survivor..... and know that I was being a smartass about my hair..... you should see me at home.....in MY curlers! haha

  • I would like to see the edited version, that's where the rubber hits the road.

  • another friendly critique. I know it's outdoors and all, but watching you put your hair behind your ears repeatedly while working with the food turned me off. If you cut those parts out I think you've got a good chance of getting on!

  • Good luck Jerri! We love you!!!

  • I love NFNS and think you will do very well on it especially with your Survivor experience, you are a natural on camera. Good luck with it!!

  • You are a SUPERSTAR and you shouldn't even have to go on the Next Food Network Star in order to get your own outdoor cooking show. But good luck anyway. WE LOVE YOU!!

  • Awesome theme! Love it! :)

  • Original theme, I think they will like that you were on survivor, you are a lot less boring than most of the people that go on food network star. I think editing it down to 3min will be great for making it concise and to the point! I say highlight the adventure/outdoors aspect as much as you can, climbing mt whitney and eating well on the way up was a great touch.

  • From someone who watches entirely too much Food Network, I'd suggest you focus more attention towards the food. Personality is used to enhance the presentation, not distract from it. Good luck.

  • One friendly critique, self compliments often don't go well the audience. You need to put yourself in your audience's shoes. A woman watching you is probably in bathrobe and curlers. Compliment your cooking instead. We all know that you are beautiful.

  • From what I can see on The Next Food Network Star, you have to stay with your theme throughout the duration of the show. I hope that you get on.

  • Well I hope you make the Next Foot Network Star!

  • I can't wait to see you on that show. You ROCK Jerri.
