technically you only need to roll 2-3 times, and you should stop and hold position where your muscle signals pain until it relax's, this is what really helps the myofacial tissue. Do your quads to really understand the concept.
yo this was a great video man ive been body building for 6 years now but started doin MMA for about a year now and i was told foam roller stretchin was crucial thanks for the video
@SOCRATES012 sweet reply man. obviously had to draw on all of your wit to come up with that one. are you naturally a useless human being or did you have to work on it...?
i think the tension of foam rolling is better than a massage cause theres just whay more pressure on the muscle , i need to try that I T band stretch, good stuff
I do them anywhere from 10 to 50 rolls, depending on how long it take to loosen-up; because I have kids, I typically roll until I have to break up a fight/argument between them (i.e. 10 to 50 rolls)

I have so many herniated discs that I can't imagine doing the thoracic
exercise with the little neck lifts at the end. I really wanted to use one of
these but you would have to have no bodily injuries to use this rollwer.
Hurts...

How many times would you go back and forth per body part. Is it like 4 or 5 as you were doing in your video?

Your supposed to hold on any knots that you have for around 20-30 seconds. Roll slowly, find a knot and hold.
