Bear Powered, thank you for your comment. I realize that the "pawback" does not actually occur, so in that sense, I made an error in what I CALLED the exercise. I still feel it has value in training the eccentric strength of the hamstring to control the forward swinging leg. That is the primary reason I use this exercise and put it into Runner-CORE. Cool but you "must" use the tube?
When you tell me I "must" buy your product I have seen very few people use it doesn't entice me.
Try outlining benefits.

If paw back was a part of sprinting, this would be helpful...however, since paw back does not occur, it's useless.
Spend some time on research studies.

How so? No impact whatsoever. Zero to graduated resistance will cause no connective/tendon ware or damage.
