  • I adore this novel but as always a bit disappointed to see the film :-)

  • The ending is too sad:(

  • I'm thinking of reading the book , is it really good?

  • @katy5543

Yes,it is. The language takes some getting used to as it is quite,er,florid. But as you read, you get drawn into the story.

  • ONE,of the movies who that broke the book.read the novel, and see the movie, you will see what i'm meaning.

  • did she die?

  • @Anisita1

    Yes, she commited suicide.

  • Excelente video!!!!!!!!

  • The music is so beautiful

  • сильно сделано! мне нравится!

  • my favorite movie. it kills. great with Requiem

  • Sophie Marceau is very beautiful in this movie. What a shame whenever she talks in French (her native language) to answer interviews for example, she is full of manners and quite annoying. She shouldn't open her mouth so uselessly just to keep her mystery. Her face and acting talk for her.

  • The music seems to be the perfect one!!!! I have to read this book finally and to watch the movie after it. Sean is awesome as ever!!!!!!!

  • Beatiful video, i love it

  • amazing great job

  • i feel her sometimes ,ma intristeaza numai gandindu-ma la momentele ei de suferinta .........

  • Great music, I'm excited by the music and the video :D

  • Awesome video with and amazing melody!!

    Take care

    Aasha

  • You kept great pace with the music! beautiful!

  • You can find the movie on YouTube now... although I think the 2000 Masterpiece Theatre version is more accurate to the book. =)

  • @ladyvignette TheVictorianLady did upload this movie, but she got her account suspended. So far, I don't know anyone else who uploaded the movie. If you can rent it, do so just for the two lead stars.

  • is it true that she dies?

  • Yea, but the point was that Karenin was basically a dead man. He was just as despicable as she was.

  • This movie is epic..

I remember when Ana desired to take her own like by jumping on the railroad tracks ..

  • pls somebody tell me who performs the soundtrack, can't find it anywhere lol

  • Her smile at the end is WONDERFUL!

  • She sacrified a lot for him-he was her whole world- he was a bit selfish meeting with other ladies even if technically he stayed faithful.

But that dream was wonderful. Too bad that "true love" dreams tend to end bad-usually with death, starting with Romeo/Juliet, Tristan/Isolde...

  • GREAT!!!

I didn't read the book and watched the movie only here in Italian-which I don't know... Was he unfaithful to Anna? (with that lady close to 3:00)

  • glad you like it ;o) ... and well, let me say Anna thought, he was cheating on her ;o)

  • In spite of that,I think he really loved to Anna.Your video is great, thanks!

  • @Astra2012 - Anna Karenina was a Russian bitch married to a Prince, who died by throwing herself into a train. Sean Bean acted superb as Count Vronsky here.

  • @nanamouskourri76

He wasn't a Prince, you moron.

  • @Astra2012 He was faithful and loving. Anna, however, became neurotic with time; everything she had she sacrificed for him. This is why she had so many expectations of him, and Vronsky tried his best. His mother was not happy that he was under so much pressure and tried to introduce new lady friend to him. He did not see it that way but Anna had good instincts. She became depressed, wanted to punish him and killed herself. Vronsky could not live with himself and went to war hoping to die.

  • Film plus music equalls the neverending charm and beuty...

  • my name is karina and my sisters name is anna and my mom loves this book...

  • wow!! very impulsive video!!! congratulation!

  • Sophie Marso ^^ goood.....

  • Really touching! Well done, great videoclip!Yes, love is the most noble feeling which a himan being can have in his/her ephemeral existance. Unfortunately, very so often, the creul reality, very different than the world of our dreams, will break it. In a way or another, lots of us are an "Anna Karenina" whos dream of happiness end up on a cold railway.

  • I would give up all to have a lovestory like that! The music is perfect... Thank you so much for posting this and making it all so beautiful so it's torturing my soul.

  • Najwspanialsza ksiązka, najlepszy film, i genialna muzyka....nie słyszałam i nie widziałam nigdy nic równie przejmujacego...znakomite połączenie.Gęsie skórka przez całe 4 min :)

  • just perfect, what else to say =D

  • I love it!The music is wonderful the scenery also. It get's to my very soul because it is so very beautiful and so sad. Who could fail to fall in love with Sean in this film certainly not me. Thanks for posting!

  • Oh, girl, you've got a Russian soul! It's either that or you've got no soul at all, to torture me like this! You fit music in so perfectly. I like all your videos, you sure have a gift! Thank you for making my day!
