I have actually thought of running the gas line through the radiator (transmission lines)to preheat the gas to get more vapor from it before it reaches the motor
pretty cool ! I have actually thought of an idea about heating gas to the boiling point using the radiator off the running vehicle .... you can get a moderate boil off 180 deg . Anyone who knows their mechanics (several posting) knows that it isnt the liquid gas that makes the engine run.....its the vapors that the gas provides that cause the combustion . So ... that being said ... if you can produce enough vapor without directly injecting gas into a motor , you should double your mileage
tell me how to turn vapor back into gas, also the vapors are the worst part of gas that can be released into the env. im not some maniac liberal but know that having your gas cap loose is worst for a few is worst then driving the entire tank.
@allboss23 This was one of my early experiments... Its like making moon shine... Heat it up to go to vapor and cool to liquid... Gas burns better as vapor... less wasted... oil company's put chemicals in the gas to keep it from evaporating... motors have to be at 190 210 degrees to be able to turn gas to vapor... by turning gas to vapor before it goes into the motor you don't have to have motor as hot...
@allboss23 LOL your funny WTF do you think Injectors do in your engine.. it vaporizes gas to burn more efficient . thats why you gas tank is pressurized also. the worst part of gas is the left over unburned junk . Gas still contains OIL which gums up fuel injectors

if your gas cap was not vented ...... by the time you used all the gas within the tank ..... the tank would actually collapse due to the suction from the pump .If the tank is pressurized as you say ..... I would like to know how YOU believe the pressure gets there !
fuel injectors mist the fuel not vaporize it. the fuel is only pressurized after the fuel pump on a fuel injected motor. the only reason for a fuel pump on a carbureted engine is to move the fuel. gasoline burns at about 17% efficiency. gasoline vapors burn at near 100%, and have virtually no emissions comparatively. if u could perfect this system, it would be very easy to double or even triple the fuel efficiency (fuel mileage) .
very nice. What about exhuast gas instead of a pump. EGR recycles exhuast back into the intake. I was thinking of using it to heat the fuel and increase the amount of fuel vapor required for higher RPMs. Will definatly need some safety devices installed to ensure its controled.
nice. are you worried about flashback getting to the vaporizor and blowing it up? or would the liquid gas act as a flasback arrestor being how its in between the motor and the vapor chamber?
Now on my van motor i could use vacuum or use a small belt driven air pump. Or use a small 12 volt motor to run a small air pump. I have allot of ideals. I just need to play around and find what works the best.
how much pressure was the compressore making?think about it,with a big compressor running thats 120v/5 amp thats 580 watts,,, you could run 120vac to a rectifier and make a good plate cell to run it distilled water and probly get alot of presure it would be a win win situation, 1 pressure to catch gas vapor,,2 hho vapor for fuel.just a thought,what you think
My goal is just to make my van idle this way. We still need a little gasoline with a little oil to help cylinders. Then use the HHO to increase rpm for speed. But as i do this more ideals keep coming. I would like to use this mopad to test the water spark plug.
also, a fuel vapor burning motor would have no gunk, or carbon build-up due to the 99% fuel burn. just like a propane operated engine.
