the new Pantene Recover Range is brilliant for damaged hair. i thought it probably wouldnt be that good, cause of how the ads looked, but it actually works really well. my hair is quite damaged and after using it, i noticed the difference straight away, so you could maybe give it a try, see if it works as well for you :)

I know people think the longer they keep it in the better but the truth is after about 30 mins to an hour your hair has soaked up as much as it can only so much can fit in one strand of hair after that what ever you put in it is just sitting on top. That goes foe hair dye too.
