A few years ago, a mom and her sons came trick or treating to our house, She handed me a little bag that had her business card, a coupon, and some candy in it. It would be cool to give out your business card and a scent sample.
Great Ideas! Don't forget using them as a casual book mark in Library books. Stuff a couple in there good when you turn them in. Can't take the credit for this one. I have found several myself.lol Oh and the Hair Salon...theres a captive audience put a few in the magazines, on the table or in the hairstyle books. ;)
@dohm84, though called card 'dropping' in reality the key is strategic placement 'here and there' not multiple cards in the same place. Also make sure they are secure wherever you decide to place them, and if it ever does not 'feel' like a good spot then you have the freedom to choose not to do a drop :)
I just had someone join my team in August from a card she found in April pinned to a board at a tropical fish store ~ so you just never know when those seeds will sprout!

Can't you get in trouble for randomly dropping cards? I would be worried that my card would start flying around and they would get me for littering.
