I playde it a lot on my friends Atari a lot. It was awasome game. However, i've tried Archon1 on emulator, and i must say it is a better game.
Pity Amstrad version sukced compered to C64 one. It had better graphics though.

Awesome!! Both the first Archon and Archon 2 were great games! Truly. I really liked the the 'elemental' concept in Archon 2, and how it was possible to summon extra units and the whole 'health/magic' system.
