for my JA22 Ive tried others but I will only use the CCI Minimags now. Ive also got a Sccy CPX-1 9mm and Ive been pleased with the performance of the Remignton UMC rounds. For my LeeEnfield rifle I wont use anything but Winchester Supers. and with my Karibiner98k...frankly Ill shoot whatever I can find since 8mm mauser is freakin impossible to find.

Nothing but cci mini mags and federal bulk through my s@w 22a and my marlin mod 60. I agree about Remington bought a box of lead subsonics the guy at academy talked my in to it. The lead makes a mess and had several fail to feeds in both guns.

Shot a 525 box of Remington Golden Bullets today through my Ruger MK-III and they worked great. Only 3 FTEs, the rest worked great.

mini mags are great. i prefer high vel ammo, standard ones have no thrills. thinking about trying the velocitor. but the amount i shoot, it could get expensive. 300 rounds minimum, even mini mags get expensive at that rate + range cost ($20). what ammo has a good kick and noise to it? im not going for accuracy since its 25 yards max and for a noob i can rip the bullseye out from that distance. my SR9 is getting to expensive to shoot.

Would not even think about remington ammo. I shoot with a ruger K77/22 using winchester super x subsonic very quiet and accurate to 75yds and in my view eley subsonic hollowpoints again very quiet and very accurate

remington ammo is by far the biggest pile of donkey shit, for 22 ammo.

@burkdogg12 accuracy? reliability? Remington yellow jackets are excellent for vermin hunting: High velocity/energy and maximum target damage. If you are long range target shooting; probably not the best. I've had a few rounds in the plinking offerings not discharge, but the same from other manufacturers in their plinking rounds. I've found Remington rimfire to be quite good, as well their center fire rounds.

so im looking into buying my 1st fire arm i got my eyes on the sig 522 its a 22 what would you recommend for this fire arm? do the different types rounds make different sound when fired? like does it make it louder?

@TNT122789 i would get the Smith&Wesson mp15-22 over the sig 522 but thats just me. and yes different rounds can make the gun louder or quieter

Hi , In my opinion I like the Federal , CCI stingers, and the Winchester ! But I think any Ammunition that has Remingtons name is good only for filling potholes in your driveway ! The quality control is poor to say the least ! Very inconsistant and unreliable. I simply will not run that junk in my weapons,and definately will not hunt with it . I have seen the cheap Federals go through my washing machine and still fire when I left a few in my pocket by mistake .

@dreamz20091 remington sucks ass. never buy that piece of shit wannabe ammo. it is VERRRRRY unreliable. i have a crickett blot action, and when i bought a box of the 525 round remington golden bullet, i would get a misfire every 1 or 2 out of 5 rounds, and when i got back from the range, i threw that shit in the garbage, and it still had 400 rounds in it

hay man nice vid. whats your experience with the federal rounds? they dont extract out of my 10/22 ive tried 3 box's and all had the same problem. so i gave them to my nephew because they work fine in his savage bolt action. thanks

I havent used much just dome of the 500 round blue boxes and i dont think i shot them out of my 10/22 but did out of my Marlin model 60 and they worked out of that but my friend had the same problem in his 10/22 with them, i would say try some Winchester Power Points like in my video or some CCI Mini Mags, Thanks and i hope i helped.

thanks I normally use Rem or CCI. The CCI runs perfect and the Rem's have 10 or 20 duds/jams but thats out of 550 rounds so not bad. never tried Win before but I'll keep them in mind thanks for the info. keep up the good work.
