Actually...This video does NOT show all the pictures in the manga. There are two pictures (in 470 & 471) in which Sesshoumaru is understood to be crying due to the loss of Rin. He indeed has finally received a compassionate heart.
He has a DARK line down his face in one far away shot and there is a close up where you can see what look like small tear drops near his cheek stripe, and under his eye, and near his lip (although that could be his frown too - but it looks like a tear.)

(you know that rin died cause in the manga sesshoumaru says that she smells like dead corpses)
He says 'These people all have the same scent as Rin' - onemanga translated it to 'These people are the same as Rin'. Either way, he's saying that he understands that a girl he's come to care for is the same as other humans in some way, and I took it to mean that his compassion had grown to include more than just Rin - and he hates humans just a LITTLE less now, because Rin taught him that they have value. That is ONLY my interpretation of it though.

Most seem to think that it is understood that he IS crying, at one point.
It's hard to see in the scans, but it looks like he is if you have it in front of you.
Once again, it is up to interpretation, and kept vague - most likely on purpose.
