U could use a short pipe to hammer in the small sprocket to the engine shaft...if u hammer it one side at a time it could end up being a bit off centered...

The rc car project is sadly not happening anymore as its going to cost to much and with that money i could buy a new 6.5hp honda clone engine for the kart with it instead. So im going to sell the 2 lawnmowers i got and my old motorized bike and that will pay for my go kart and the new engine. XD. A go kart will be much more fun than an rc car so ill put my money towards that instead.

uhh...how are you going to controll the engine by remote controll? just curious its awsome but im not into like computerized stuff so i dont quite get how you plan on that lol let me know i wanna see this thing when its done looks awsome.

ok there are things called servos, look it up. Easier then explaining it. I hook one up to the throttle so wen u pull the accelerator on the controller it pulls the throttle cable. Then theres a servo for turning.
