I'm trying to walk too, but it's hard work. I relate to walking and being sore. I've had some improvement since I've been taking Moringa - buy it on the net. I've had noticably more energy. God Bless to you and all who are living with this illness.
You seem like a nice guy. Yes, it seems as if no one else under 60 has this in my area either. I like how you gave that "force be with you" goodbye-----I also mention the "force" alot, though I do believe in God.
I also love walking. I cannot stand for long periods, but walking is great----at least walking to a destination (walking back is a little more challenging).
Not really. I shake so much it makes it hard to play. I do plan to pick up the guitar in the future again. Will buy an electric and use super silky strings. So I haven't given up yet. I can't play acoustic guitars as the strings are too thick and take to much pressure to fret.
Hi, it's great that you're able to get out and about more. Just be careful you don't overdo it. I had a mega relapse after doing too much walking/general activity. I felt fine and then one day out shopping it hit me big time. Ever since then I've been really careful to pace myself.
So true, I have pushed it to far a few times in the past and paid the heavy consequences. So as I go along with the walking I plan small increases, but I will almost certainly hit a wall at some point. Sometimes, for me anyway, it is good to push it, just to find out my limitations... like once every few years or so because the consequences of pushing it are steep.
Umm, can't hear you.....it sounds like very loud heavy rain....no words?
