Dont go for the 150. I used to ride KTM 85 and i had four KTM:s and when i torn my ACL i did change to the honda. And that was 2008 and everybody was amazed of the bike and all the kids wanted the 4-stroke included me. We did buy a lot of aftermarket parts to the 150 and we had also the motor done here in Finland(the official importer of honda).

But i still regret the change. Now days i ride the 250kxf but when you arein the mini class go with the 2 stroke. Thats raw power! Buy PC system or FMF

LOL obviously you're not watching any local events, where 99% of motocross is. Here in Washington, two strokes are dominating 250 classes, vet classes, and more. Obviously you don't know what the hell you're talking about when you say 'bad habits? Like what?'. Every good motocross racer knows the 85cc and 125cc bikes are essential for learning proper riding technique. Clutch/throttle control, body positioning, controlling the bike. Stuff that a four stroke will not teach you.
