Esse calibre não é "proibidaço". É proibido para posse e/ou porte por civis, para defesa. Se você se tornar atirador esportista, resgistrado no Exército Brasileiro, você pode ter até 4 armas de calibre restrito, como por exemplo, o 357 Magnum aque aparece no video.

Apesar do monte de besteira que tem no YouTube, o vídeo é verdadeiro. A distância era entre 15 e 20 metros. O conjunto de miras do 357 é excelente e facilita bastante. No "video response", tem um "again", desta vez em tijolos, para não parecer "fake". Quanto aos calibres, o 44-40 é proibidíssimo. Civis não filiados a clubes de tiro apenas podem usar 22, 32, 38, 635, 765 e 380. Já as .40, 9mm, 44, 45, 44-4- etc, todas dão cana dura!

He's putting a "cartridge" in his ear. There is absolutely no way of those cartridges going off without real heat or something striking the primer. Even then the bullet wouldn't have enough velocity to kill because it is not being forced down a barrel with expanding gases.

Putting bullets in your ears doesn't really qualify as 'stupid'. You're literally looking at a 1 in 1,000,000 chance of them actually going off 'spontaneously'. You're literally at more risk of being killed if the gun somehow comes apart upon firing than the bullets in your ears spontaneously detonating. I personally wouldn't use bullets for hearing protection, though...too uncomfortable.
