what was the 2nd NS loco?

thats a proto 2000 gp 30. I havnt seen an NS gp 30 high hood but They run high hood gp 40 s right here in lake city fl. i have a video of them. they also run HH sd40-2s. I have seen those here and in south carolina. thx
