It's fascinating to see Venezuela join the international community and decide to host events of this caliber. Copa America has been going 100 years and this is the first time Venezuela has decided to take a chance hosting it. Pretty lame to support a football team just because you agree with a country's politics. Don't think the Venezuelans will do that well as I think they'll lose to Peru and Uruguay in the group matches but they might be able to beat Bolivia. I wish them luck though it will be great to watch.

That ref was a joke though. Why didn't he call the obvious penalty when Pizarro passed it to the open man? That would have made it a 1-1 game. Chavez using his oil money to buy refs now. o_o
