The camera's a Canon PowerShot G9 12Megapixel digital stills camera, but it does take up to 1080p video as well...I just need to get some much bigger memory cards to be able to record at full res!
It does seem to cope pretty well with low light video, especially for a stills camera, I guess because the stills side can go down to 3200 ISO mode.
