@jclark527- Thanks so much for posting Torah Song. Its beautifully done by the choir along with the musicians, especially the violinist. Do you know where I could find the words in Hebrew? I have heard it sung but did not record the words. Again, thanks!
This is an old Hebrew song sung at the Shabbat. it is a beautiful piece that predates the "church". it Comes directly out of the Synagogue. I hope that the two sticks in Ezekiel 37 will indeed be brought to one very soon in these last days. The stick of Judah and the stick of Ephraim must be brought together by the Lamb of Lambs/ Yeshua Ha Moshiach; Jesus the Messiah. Only then will the world see that Jesus is LORD.
We sang this as a recessional several months back at St. James the Less Episcopal in Ashland, VA. It was the first time I had ever heard it and it was fantastic!
I heard this hynm at St Mark's Episcopal Church in Philadelphia. Sixty years an Episcopalian, and I'd never heard it before though it's in Hymnal 1982. The pace progressed to a frenzy by the end of the song, not so in this video, but it was good anyway.
this is not judaism and it is not a song about Torah.
