In this kind of repertoire, Yuja Wang is unbeatable. Her technique is so fabulous that even Kissin, Volodos or Argerich would pale next to her....Besides, she is so gorgeous that she could star in a film by Zang Yimou.....I heard her live in Paris and couldn't believe my eyes and my ears when she played a legendary "Petrouchka" as if it was "Für Elise".

Why then is it much more difficult for her to impress in the Liszt Sonata or the Chopin Funeral Sonata? Prisonner of her talent?
