Does anyone else think the bridge sounds a little like the Gilligan's Island theme?...Not to hate on what is probably the best Viking metal band since Bathory.
Thomas was actually on Vansinnevisor. He was also on Farsotstider, that was the last album he did vocals on before they replaced him. I someways agree with 0rcryst, I do enjoy the older work but I don't NOT like the new material either. I just think the old stuff had this furiousity that the new work sometimes lacks. Still a great song though, and Thomas will be missed.
Jaesz - Of course yeah I didn't claim he wasn't; I just said he isn't currently in the band anymore. As far as Farsotstider goes, I think they had some of the oldness in Tiden Laker Intet, especially toward the end. I enjoy nearly all their songs though, even Slaget, which has to be one of the most unintentionally hilarious songs I've ever heard in my life. Some guy from Naglfar has replaced him apparently, and Naglfar sounds a bit like Shadows Fall, which makes me nervous.
Emos are allowed to listen to real Metal?

This is maybe the best song of the album. Pretty damn good album, I like the Swedish lyrics (I'm from The Netherlands).
