in my country drugs addicts get help and put in free health care and rehab and the kids are taken care of weather in care houses or with family members after the addiction of the parents solved they get help till they get back on their feet and the family get help from the government they give them a salary. also its cultural thing family members wont allow kids and and other members to be in such situation.. i feel sorry for such cases what happed to america !! it use to be the dream land
