Man, it's amazing how music can help people get through hard times. Especially with a band like Evanescence. A lot of people can really relate to their songs, you know?
I know I can relate to TONS of them. In fact, if it weren't for them, I might not even be alive right now. I know it sounds stupid, but I'm serious. Pretty amazing how big of an impact music and stuff can have on people..

I heard this song and I remembered everytime my dad or brother said something so hurtful to me, I ran away crying and they didn't care. I have a birthmark on my eyelid and my dad asked me if I wanted to have it removed. When I asked why, he said, "Because that thing is an eyesore!Who wants to be friends with a girl who has a birthmark on her EYE?"
I felt so hurt, I didn't even move.
I have never forgiven my dad for that comment, nor will I ever.

me and my dad got into a fight when he was in the hospital and wanted to sign himself out just so he could dip and i said i hated him because he hated himself so he didnt deserve my love and ill never talk to him again and 5 days later he died of an anerixsm and within them 5 days i never apologized.... This is such a sad song.....Evanescance is so wonderful. Their songs are beautiful! I don't know how I could like them they are so.....sad and depressing. But, I guess, as humans, we connect with the songs that bring out the sadness, pain and hurt inside of us. I guess it makes us feel better that someone else feels that way, and we're not alone. Being alone scares us, so, even if it connects us to sadness and pain, we flock to it. Remember you are never alone. Someone always knows how you feel.

It's not the answer. I tried to "Let him go" because I felt as if I was hurting him. And it was too hard since I've gotten so close to him . But the day finally came , and we just stopped being friends. It's the worst feeling in the world to lose someone you love. So don't let him go, whatever the circumstances are..
