Before Christianity there was Judaism and everybody that werent Jews still had freewill , it goes back to after the flood of Noah when the sons of Noah : Shem , Ham , Japheth had children and moved across the earth , and so on and so on (Genesis 10-11) If you read the geneology in Genesis its amazing how accurate it is , but they moved through the earth and some made up religion but others didnt going down the lineage forming Isreal.

But every messenger during his time was the way and the truth and the life. Meaning if U follow Jesus U follow the almighty god. But I DO admit that all this evidence could theoretically have been manufactured. It is not as clear as the evidence for e.g. Alexander as there is no physical evidence from Muhammad.
Jesus has 0 evidence as you only have the New Testament and that is completely fabricated. Please don't bring up Josephus et al.

I agree that the Romans had a lot of data they kept. But I have not found any record on any Jesus of anything having been crucified for blasphemy. There are no Roman records of baby slayings, earthquakes, long darknesses or zombies, which is what I'd expect if anything in the story were true.
The tired argument of a few people dying for a belief is just that: tired.
