The wind power commercial demonstrated that wind is a useful thing even though it causes a lot of mischief. In the commercial, the wind is represented by the big tall guy. The guy, or "wind", can mess up a lot things (ie: the woman's hair, blow pottery off the balcony, the rooftop, turn the umbrella inside out, etc. But then someone comes up with an idea and decides to make him useful by creating wind power. :D
