I finally understand it. When I watched the trailer with all the reversing I though the kid got bitten so the dad picked her up and left her outside to avoid getting infected. That's why I didn't understand how she got out the window.

The parents might be in their room and when they opened the door, randomly see their daughter running away from zombies.

@Fresnowfall - Much of what you say is true. However, the father never acts with any intent to hurt his child. When bitten, his muscles contract in a reflex caused by pain. In that moment he is not making a choice to kill. Even so, he succeeds in saving his daughter. Not saving her life, but saving her soul. In her last moments her eyes are clear and human. No longer a zombie's eyes. Her final thoughts are happy memories of loving parents. A small victory, maybe, yet worth fighting for.
