I am 5'3 and 143lbs. I eat no more than 1,600 calories a day, explain that?
Don't say it's to do with physical activity. I know girls who sit on their lazy asses and eat more than I do and they're not overweight. I'm also not a lazy person. I don't own a car so I literally have to walk everywhere and I live in a town full of hills.
I don't have to eat that much over 2000 kcal/day to gain weight, I feel my metabolism fluctuates based on the level of consumption, eat to high-amount in a sitting even if not above 2000 kcal/day end of day, I gain more.
When I eat to little in each meal, I am weary, and must eat to regain composure.
It is a balancing act for me; I even measure all statistics each day. I am discipline, yet become weary of discipline, strained and occasionally must have a satisfying meal.
