I don't think it's a disadvantage for pacquiao. A lot of boxers have to eat 6000-8000 calories because of their hard training. And we know Pacquiao is an absolute beast when it comes to training, so he'd definitely need those calories. I think welterweight is perfect for him, but he shouldn't move up any higher because of his height. Taller fighters move up higher weights because they can spread the weight in more places.

I don't think it's a disadvantage for pacquiao. A lot of boxers have to eat 6000-8000 calories because of their hard training. And we know Pacquiao is an absolute beast when it comes to training, so he'd definitely need those calories. I think welterweight is perfect for him, but he shouldn't move up any higher because of his height. Taller fighters move up higher weights because they can spread the weight in more places.

pacman is just in another class of his own. you can easily tell by looking at these two and comparing there footwork. manny is always in, out, to the side, tagging with a jap, then the right and constantly mixing it up.
i think this fight would have been somwhat more interesting if oscar was a bit younger, but i still think pacman would have steamrolled him.
