  • Where are these weapons sold?

  • @redparrot99 All depends on your nation, friend. In the U.S, we can get one for roughly 600 new, give or taken 100 depending on location (American). Its a long gun, so its 18 and up. Police depot (thats where i got mine), gun show, more tactical directed gun shops, not to mention, online.

If you reside in Europe, i dunno. Probably a permit would be in order. Not to mention, ammo and what not would be more expensive. If you give me your country, I can probably help you out more.

  • Where do u get thoes dummy round really like to buy some please wright back

  • @Strokethis241

    brownelles

  • Where can i get a folding stock like that?

  • Good vid, love my Saiga.

  • @GunWebsites Well for me you are a rude foreigner. A name of something or someone is pronounced the same in all languages so stop being so stupid. If you like a gun and it was made in another country you could at least learn to pronounce its name right.

  • WHY do you all pronounce it as SEGA? this gun has nothing to do with sonic the hedgehog. Its SAIGA. Don't forget the i

  • @mkzhero

because it doesn't matter much at all

  • @GunWebsites

Umm, it does matter if you are pronouncing it wrong.....

  • @gregpasq

    not even a little bit

  • @GunWebsites

    OK.

  • @mkzhero someone has a huge stick up their ass........

  • @DJdestropath I don't think I ever met an American in the internet or real life that didn't start correcting the shit out of me when I mispronounced a name in English. Whether its a persons name, a name of a weapon or a term you all go mad correcting people. Im just returning the favor.

  • @mkzhero

ehh. just meet more of us..

  • @GunWebsites. Its kind of a hard request cuz after all I live in israel and the Americans that come here are mostly fucked up. And is it really such a hard request to pronounce names right? Its not like im ordering you to learn Russian or do what you do differently.. Just minimal respect. If I say colt I make sure I pronounce it right..

  • Russian weapons most reliable and the best in the world.

  • Your videos had me craving my first gun. Now this video has me craving a saiga 12. Time to head to the gun store lol ;)

  • Nice!!!

  • Is this the optics that Cobra Commander uses for his army against the Joes?

  • Did the wire stock require any mods? I found a super cheap 5.45 and just picked up a loaded Tantal. Thinking of buying a Saiga in 5.45 and converting it off the parts (minus the trigger of course) from the Tantal.

  • not crazy with the wire stock.

  • how hard is it to move the trigger forward? im trying to make my saiga 308 922r compliant... do you have any suggestions?

  • @badas45

I would let a gunsmith do it unless you are familiar with AK triggers

  • @badas45 check out carolinashooters they have a complete tutorial

  • that sight would fit a regular ak too right?

  • omg the wire stock is sexy

  • very cool pice bro!!!

  • @SpiritofAdventure22 that was 2 months ago

  • You convinced me.... I'm gettin one now. Ware can I find the folding stock?

  • I just put one on hold at the gun store

I cant wait to get it

  • Love the polish style folder, I have been thinking about taking my chaos quad rail off and putting the factory forearm back on, to much bling on mine.

Ahh a romainian folder, I have the same on my polish tantal.....

  • @WildBillGT19

    Polish stocks look similar

  • people will buy anything.

  • Love the polish style folder, I have been thinking about taking my chaos quad rail off and putting the factory forearm back on, to much bling on mine.

  • i always thought the saiga and the pp-19 were related to the AK-47...

  • @GunWebsites Could you please tell me where I could purchase a wire folding stock like yours? It would be greatly appreciated if you could!!! I have checked Gunbroker but the only ones I see on there are the ones like the AMD 65 uses and has to be installed internally. I had given up till I saw your video. Thank!!!!!!!

  • hahaha the home invaders worst night mare

  • Do you know where I can get a romanian wire side folding stock? I have been looking everywhere for one!!!!!

  • is this original russian one

  • @lepricoun nope

  • i said thats what she said about 10 times during this video

  • Why does everyone call them "Say-Ga" like Saga Genesis? I thought it was pronounced "Sigh-ga" by the Russians. That's how I've been saying it.

  • @Pepsifx357

say it how you want, does it really matter?

  • @GunWebsites Not really, I was just curious.

  • @GunWebsites

    Actually it matters, sir.

It's not in connection with guns, it's just a general display of respect towards the makers, the nation that made that product. I think they deserve it. I'm saying this as being neither American nor Russian.

And it really matters because your channel is a widely known one with a lot of videos.

A lot of dudes get to know stuff because of your channel. I think it's a good idea to learn the proper name and pronounciation of the gear you use. Peace!

  • @Pepsifx357 i onley know 1 legit russian and he says it like a combo of the two ways it's really more of a north south thing i sigh-ga Alexi says say-aye-guh onley fast and fluid

  • @kttcox1 Google translate says "sah eee gah". I've heard Say-gah, Sah-aye-gah, Sah-gah, Sy-gah, and say-aye-gah.

  • @Pepsifx357 Saiga Antelope

  • @Pepsifx357 Saiga- Antelope

  • @Pepsifx357

    American A

  • actually there are no more "true ak's" the real ones are antiques and were made in russia in 1947

  • @master123izo

    whatever..

  • @master123izo Actually buddy the AK-47 was not put out of production until 1959 in favor of the AKM.

  • @master123izo yea, they're mostly type 56's now...

  • @master123izo

So the same Izhmash Factory that has been producing AKs for 60 years doesn't produce a "true AK?" You really need to read up on your points more.

  • @master123izo If by 'true AK' you mean the actual AK-47, then yes, you are correct. But I'd consider any AK receiver made by Izhmash a 'true AK' considering Mikael Kalashnikov still works there.

  • @Nater245689 that was 3 months ago i dont give a shit no offence

  • @master123izo I'm guessing someone has educated you before me, probably a lot of people.

  • @Nater245689 yes a lot of people

  • @Nater245689 Lol, thumbed up!

  • @master123izo I think he's saying compared to OTHER brand/make/models of AK's, this one's receiver and bbl were made in the Russia, it's just like how I find my, Russian produced Arsenal SGL 21 to be the closest to an AK-100 series in 7.62x39mm(AK-103-ish), minus the desireable (but not liked by me for shooting) left folding stock. Theyre all GOOD! Hell my ole' WASR 10 was the FARTHEST THING from a 'true AK', but damned if it didnt eat cases of steel-cased and brass-cased and BEG FOR MORE!!

  • @master123izo Maybe in the world of master123izo their are no more "true AK's" BUT in this REAL WORLD, there are! Izhamsh="Original AK" manufacturer. Izhmash is still in business and makes AK-47's. The 47 just denotes a model and yes it was made in 1947 but thats the name it was give cuz of the year it was made/completed. This is not like a car where youre models vary greatly year by year. Can u imagine the AK-2012? Come one man!!!!

  • nice russian gun

  • btw - you all do some very informative and detailed reviews giving a lot of crucial info missed in other vids not to mention showcasing your specific setup on how specific weapons can be outfitted and run.

  • Love it, question what’s the general price for a basic Saiga 12g. What’s the cost on that optic and where can I find them with the appropriate mount, (for instance your exzact setup). Last I have a WASAR 10 running a Tapco collapsible stock, however a folding stock would be ideal without it costing an arm & leg. With that said what’s the name of your folding stock, what are they running ($), and how effective & sound of a stock is it, (stability, strength)? Thanks

  • That's a cool weapon but right now I'm only old enough to own a bb gun

  • Where u get the trigger mod done?

  • Where u get the trigger and handle mod? How much does one of those go for?

  • Where did you pick up the Kobra Sight from ?

  • @humbleshogun

    local gun shop

  • please answer: this is very important for me. Thank you in advance

how reliable have those magazines been for you? any mods needed to make fit the saiga? This is my home defense gun and need more than just a standard 5 rounder, I dont want to buy a promag.

  • Definitely diggin the kobra sights on the saiga i want one for mine.

  • @rainbowbright1989

You watch a gun video then think about my junk?

  • Like it

  • no ones going to rob ur house!

  • could you tell me how you added the grip , and side folder as well as move the trigger?

  • how much is this gun?

    1500$? 2000$?

  • @2secpanoimo

    $600 stock

  • Nice S-12 I have one I just coverted pistol grip, I was noticing that you have a Romy made sidefolder on there, that must be brutal on your shoulder when it kicks

  • That's a very nice setup.Where did you find the optic.Great video thanks.

  • Gunwebsites, can you please recommand the best/most reliable 10,12 or 20 round mag/drum for this gun. I am nervous about getting a promag drum. This will be my home defender so reliablity is super important to me. Thanks

  • Can i put my favorite AK stock and pistol grip on this shot gun?

  • Comment removed

  • I just have a question, would an ak47 or 74 magazine fit in the Saiga, and would an ak fire saiga rounds, and would a saiga fire ak rounds? Just wondering, thanks

  • @GunWebsites Ok

  • @pikachupowers are u retarted 0.0?

  • @CallOfDutyAirsoft No thanks for asking asshole

Who plays Call Of Duty with Airsoft guns?

  • @pikachupowers XD and ur name doesnt prove ur nothing either faggot who plays pokeman or what ever the fuck its called

  • @pikachupowers There are no such things as 'saiga rounds'. The S-12 fires 12 gauge shells, and the x39 fires 7.62x39 rounds. An AK-47 mag will fit in the Saiga, but to properly cycle, the Saiga requires a 'bullet guide' to be installed, and the mag-release mechanism to be modified slightly.

  • @msbolan Oh ok thanks

  • @pikachupowers wow really "how can you use assault rifle ammo in shotgun?" :D how old are you?

  • @qwertyu19951 I was just asking, stupid asshole

  • @pikachupowers didn't mean to hurt your feelnings :( sorry

  • @qwertyu19951 :P I was just curious

Sorry for calling you an Asshole

  • @pikachupowers don't worry i am an ashole ;:D

  • @qwertyu19951 lol

  • i wish we would have the same gun freedoms you americans have, never give them up !

  • Get some quad rails for that bad boy :)

  • nice gun & great review, I've wanted one of these for a long time now, let me ask you, wha would you recommand for home defense this or a remington 870? those are my final 2 choices and I can't decide between the 2. I like having a quick semi-auto but pump action (although slower) is more reliable. Which would your recommand for home defense? How reliale has your saiga 12 been? thanks

  • Dear Santa...

  • Excellent video. Thank you.

  • where did you get that cobra sight? been looking for one.

  • try the US palm ak grip

  • can the dummy rounds wtill be fired? if it can will it make sound ?

  • @Miguelsr1rst

    no, no

  • @GunWebsites Is the legal limit for shot guns barrel 18 inches? I know 16 is for rifles.

  • @TheAk47Enthusiast

under 18 is regulated in the US for shotguns

  • That sucks there shouldn't even be a limit for barrel lengths.

  • @Miguelsr1rst Dummy rounds dont have powder in them

  • @Miguelsr1rst You do understand they are "DUMMY" rounds right?

  • @Miguelsr1rst lol. your not to smart are ya?

  • I like the romanian side folder buttstock bro! I absolutely love my converted Saiga 12,its a frigin' beast!

  • @RantinAndRavin

Only thing would make it better would be a shorter barrel IMO (I'm just too cheap to pay the tax)

  • @GunWebsites It would make a nice trunk gun.

  • AK 47 is the tool

  • @quetzalcoatl8 Depending on your states laws possibly. It isn't the folding stock that is illegal, but the overall length of the weapon. More important, however, is to comply with the import regulations (For a Saiga 12, you need to have 4 american made parts if you change ANYTHING from stock. This means you either need Russian magazines, or to use american magazines (3 parts) and one more american part.)

  • It's not "An AK-47 chambered with 12 gauge shotgun shell". It's in the Kalashnikov family, but you basically just said it's the same gun with a different round

  • Sweet gun. Nice set-up!

  • Is it me, or does that look like a FN Herstal type pistol-grip?

  • That is the coolest shot gun ever!!

  • should try the ACE LTD side folder stocks, can be set up to go either way...

  • SHOOT IT!

  • doesnt a metal stock hurt

  • Thoseare dummy rounds in that mag right? If they aren't then u is a wetard

  • @xPOSSUM45x Listen to the video, idiot.

  • @Kylef7735 just cause i didnt hear it the first time doesnt mean im an idiot, asshole

  • @xPOSSUM45x Dont watch the video if you arent gonna pay enough attention to hear what hes saying.

    Or turn the sound up.

  • @xPOSSUM45x He said that at the beginning dummy, pay attention. He is using dummy rounds.

  • if your looking for a better grip go with a houge there great! great video man

  • Doesn't that wire folder shoulder stock hurt when you shoot? I've heard the Saiga 12 has one Hell of a recoil.

  • will you shoot that fucker! damn

  • This baby will be good for home defense. Without all that extra stuff, of course.

  • can you shoot slugs in this? is there and barrels with chokes?

  • @californiaisgarbage My 20 gauge version fires slugs so I'd assume yes.

  • Arms of America in Flagstaff? Arizona? I've been in Flag 45 years and have never heard of them. Where have I been?????

  • try an ergo grip

  • What states are you allowed to carry this? It's an effective multiple home-intruding idiot stopper.

  • nice gun !!! but some one told me that you cannot modify any gun even with end of the ban on "assualt weapons" purchase, please let me know before i buy the saiga shotgun, what ate the rules on modifying it

thank you for the video !!!!!!!!

  • i want this soooo bad

  • Sweet. I want one.

  • aks are banned by name in canada its the name thats banned not the weapon we can still get cz aks and others like the arsenal guns, good luck trying to get an arsenal ak into the country its not easy

  • aks are banned by name in canada its the name thats banned not the weapon we can still get cz aks and others like the arsenal guns

  • That stock is from a PA md. 86, a romanian AK variant firing 5.45 mm ammo.

  • @SiPlusPLKV Why do you ask stupid questions?

  • @SiPlusPLKV so you don't excually shoot yourself using real ammo

  • YAY SEGA 12S!...

  • where can i get one

  • @Hawk9611 A gun store?

  • @quetzalcoatl8 probably in california

  • How is the recoil on that bad boy?

  • @recruit71

Not the worst, but you know you have been shooting it when you're done

  • @GunWebsites How much would this cost?Im getting a colt ar-15 then I want this!My only shotgun is a mossberg 500 12 gauge I want a semi auto also

  • @carolinaboysc If you haven't found it already, it runs about $550-$600 for the base gun. Tack on another $150-$200 for a basic conversion.

I paid $580 for mine at a local gun shop, then about $200 for the conversion (Tromix DIY trigger guard, Tapco T6, G2, and SAW PG, then an AGP 10 rd mag + some odd change for the tools and stuff).

  • @Mequellios Ok thanks

  • @Mequellios thats alot i bought a saiga for 380

  • @anilraj420 That's because the rifles are cheaper. So is the 20 gauge and the .410. The Saiga 12 with a 24" barrel is also cheaper than the 19" barrel. Supply and demand, bro. Everyone wants the coolest member of the Saiga weapons. ;D

It seems they went down a bit, though. I've seen them going for about $510 on a few sites (after estimated shipping and transfer). I know I paid a bit much for mine, but I thought I'd support local business.

  • @Mequellios yeah i got the 7.62 saiga but thats kool i luv it.. i dont mind the price going up makes my investment better

  • @Mequellios there are multiple barrel length options for the saiga 12!? is the saiga 12 a real reliable gun in terms of build quality and use reliability ? :O

  • @Miguelsr1rst Yes, the main options are 19" and 24". I think there's a 22" non-threaded floating around too. You can also get fixed sights or an adjustable sight leaf. I'm not really an expert, but I believe Izhmash puts them through the same stress tests as their military weapons.

There are also plenty of modifications you can do to increase it's reliability as well. Some more expensive than others. The Saiga-12.com forum is a great resource for these guns.

  • I'd love to use that in skeet and pwn some old dude with his $2000 o/u haha... shame they are prohibited in canada

  • @lexmark136

    Really?

Damn, even the UK allows you semi-auto combat shotguns on an FAC!

I didn't know Canada was hardcore on them.

  • @WatchRyder yeah we are allowed semi auto shotties but not AK- varients of any kind. We can own a lot of cool toys.. semi auto pistols, rifles, shotguns ect.. but if it looks evil, the police will ban it, haha.

  • @quetzalcoatl8 it would be if it was short barreled, but it isnt really

  • i want one!

  • a tactical stock or folding stock is only illegal if it didnt come with the shotgun

  • @quetzalcoatl8 how wood dat be illegal

  • @quetzalcoatl8

Not in any way I am aware of..

  • @GunWebsites

very well demostrated sir. im a royal marine and i trained wit hthe croation marines and they use this gun

  • @GunWebsites lol i would take the stock off and take off the red dot and get a modified drum clip on it lol and a barrle that can take alot of heat and not get all f**ked up

  • @adamrandom14

Its a drum mag, not a drum clip, the confusion between clips and mags is like a cancer in the gun community.

  • @RyanR3volution lol oh well u know what im talking about

  • @GunWebsites california... but what isnt illegal in cali?

  • How much do these cost?

  • im turning 18 soon and i just started to learn about guns and im looking foward on getting my first gun can i get a saiga 12 or do i need to be in the law enforcement or military to get one of these? right now i want to get a mossberg 500 , and a saiga 7.65x39mm for my first two shotgun and rifle but the thing is the gun show is coming a week before my birthday and i will still be 17 and i wanted to go to the gun show to purchase the guns there because they have better offers so idk wat to do
