Clearly this video is about a girl's "blossoming" experience, to put it gently. From the intimate pink, the shell imagerey, the euphoric expression on her face, the sequins, and finally, the melancholy way the pink bear "holds ground" by hugging her leg in an attempt to hang onto the past.  The girl, too, feels a sense of loss; her now womanly figure (it's clearly a more shapely actress inside the sequin suit) is curled up in the fetal position, grieving innocence lost. Brilliant!

Yep, you've got a point. But i think, the bear turns into her lover (suddenly in bed), the other teddy comerades turn to be disappointed rivals. To drive the decoding even further: the carpet symbolizes the surface of the uterus and, most interesting, sexuality comes via acoustics (the phallic telephone receiver) and primarily not in a physical way.
