You need to turn down the graphics because your fps is bad!!!!

@Beefdipings Fraps makes slower pc's lag really bad, my old single core would get about 1/4 the regular frame rate while recording!
Plus he could be recording at a lower frame rate then full speed, to save on speed and space.. Who knows
I wouldn't even think about using fraps without a 'over powered' pc. Hell it drops the frame rate a 'tad' on my quad core with a 5770
