I found this Pantera for Elvis in 1972 , used car.at Lyles Motor company on Union Ave in Memphis.It was a very fast car at the time. He had a lot of trouble with it after he bought it. He ended up giving the car to Sam Thompson.[Linda,s brother] Had a lot of fun on I-55 early in the morning in this car.Interesting time. Thanks ,Doc Livingston

The starter is not out... it is a 71 with the high compression engine.. back the initial timing out of it..

$2400??? price for the first 1971 Pantera was app.$10.000 and the last one in 1974 was $12.500, twice the price as for a corvette...
