if i wanted to i could make the mouse itself not work, as in u can move and click but nothin happens but then again that would be known as a Virus

You can use Paint instead of Photoshop. Just go to Edit > paste then save it. I would save it as PNG or BMP to get the best quality or else, the victim will notice :p
