You can use heinz but I have never tried it but they say Braggs has the mother in it. I used ACV daily today I used it for heartburn. I love to treat myself and not run to counters or docs. All the best

@MegaSweetMagic the heinz brand isnt raw, it has been overprocessed. It will not give you the same benefits as the braggs with the mother raw ACV

If you feel like you will be having a cold start taking ACV a good concentration in your water take that the whole day and you will feel better and you may stop the cold on its tracks it works for me. Grace is right. ACV works wonders for weight loss. It also has many other benefits and is used to sure so many illnesses. I have had a horrible sinus infection for months now. Today was the worst with headache and tons of mucous. I couldn't take it anymore so I put two tablespoons into 8 ounces of water two times today. After about two hours and the first glass, my headache was gone, sinus pain was gone, and my mucous was clear. ACV really is a miracle. Thanks Grace!

It did help me and I still use it daily. Apple cider has ,any benefits, I did not just use it alone, I drank it before I went for my runs and then instead of an energy drink or some soda, I mixed it with water and drank it through the day, it helps burn fat.
