who the fuck cares about this guy?! nobody can tell what does he actually do there, and he gets a separate "episode" for himself alone? not even kojima got one (unless the following one which i haven't seen is about him), and besides, even if this ryan guy is so important, what's with featuring his family? he can't be THAT important. i'm guessing he had something to do with the making of this making of.

Good for Ryan that he was focused on what he wanted to do. My dad is exactly the same as Ryan's seems - wants me to be happy but is very traditional and doesn't really like the idea of working in computers or the arts. It's difficult to transcend that.

I remember reading somewhere that he was responsible for the control scheme changes in MGS4. Ryan Payton is a key member of the team that gives alot of input on the game itself and also oversees the English localisation of the game.

Yea Im Grateful too. I mean 200 people for 3 years and most of the time there making the game and not seeing their family is something that u shouldnt just like play it and say its junk and throw it away when u know its not.
