The guy who was beaten (perhaps to death) strikes me as a delusional schizophrenic or schizotypal, not mentally challenged or retarded. A mentally challenged person wouldn't have the aptitude to learn those martial arts moves he knew. It's disturbing but there are other versions of this video on youtube that show the rest of the attacks to the victim's head/neck while he was KO'd. It's not educational or anything and will stick in your head forever - if you have a soul. But it definitely shows a crime being comitted. Once a guy's helpless, further attacks should constitute attempted murder and any witnesses not intervening or reporting it should be held responsible too.
